1 lb thin spaghetti
1 head of garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 cans of clams
2 bottles (4 oz) clam juice
2 fresh red peppers, or dried
fresh parsley, or dried
salt and pepper
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta. In separate pot, pour olive oil level with bottom of pan and heat on medium heat. Add chopped garlic, margarine, and red pepper. Drain clams and add to oil. Blend well together. Add clam juice and pasta. Add salt and pepper to taste. Blend all together well, add parsley when ready to serve.
