1 pkg. corn muffin mix
1 cup flour
2 T sugar
2 eggs
2 T canola oil
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all together. Pour into greased 5x9-inch loaf pan. Bake at 375 for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
