carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Take turkey carcus and water enough to cover turkey, boil for 45 mins on med high, take out bones, add 6 potatoes, large bag mixed vegetables, 1 large onion, small bag carrots and 5 celery stalks.
salt and pepper to taste. cook for 1/2 hr or until potatoes are done add small bag egg noodles and cook for 15 min.
