Ingredients:  
1 lb Italian sausage, cut in pieces
1 lb peppers, cut in strips
1 lb mushrooms, sliced
2 cans (15 oz) peeled tomatoes, strained
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 cup white wine
2 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Add in to skillet, and brown sausage. Remove sausage when cooked, drain grease from pan. Saute peppers, onions, mushrooms. When done add tomatoes, garlic and wine. Season to taste. Return sausage to pan and simmer for one hour.
