1 med. onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, sliced
2 T olilve oil
1 1/2 cups water
1 T flour
2 T chili powder
1 clove minced garlic
1 T red wine vinegar
3/4 lb shrimp, peeled
1 10 3/4 oz can Furmanos Tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and celery in oil until tender. Combine flour and chili powder in water, stir until dissolved. Add water mixture to oinions, stir until thick. Add garlic, vinegar and tomatoes. When hot, add shrimp. Cook until shrimp have curled and turned pink. Adjust seasonings. Serve piping hot over white rice.
