4 boneless chicken breasts, skinned and halved
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes
12 small black pitted ripe olives
1 green pepper, cut in thin strips
1 large carrot, cut in 3-inch julienne strips
1 medium zuchini, cut in 3-inch julienne strips

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, brown chicken in oil. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper to taste. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil. Cover and cook for 3 minutes over medium heat. Uncover, cook over med-high heat for 5 minutes or until thickened.
