6 cups all purpose flour.
1/2 cup water.
1/2 cup instant dried milk.
1/4 cup baking powder.
1/4 cup sugar.
2 tsp salt.
2 tsp cream of tarter.
2 cups shortening.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all except shortening and water. Cut shortening into mixture. Stir in 1/2 cup water until moistened. Turn dough on to floured surfacd and knead eight to ten times. Roll out to 13 1/2 inch by 9 inch. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares. Place on cookie sheet. Freeze or bake. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. If frozen, bake 30 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
