3/4 c whole almonds toasted and coarse ly chopped
3//4 c whole walnuts toasted and coarse ly chopped
1/2 c orange marmalade
1/2 c honey
1/4 c brandy
1 tsp finely grated orange zest
1 tsp finely lemon zest
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tap grated nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves

3/4 c sugar
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 sticks butter
1 lg egg
1/2 c milk
1 tbsp vanilla
1 egg white beaten with 1tbsp water for egg wash’
