1 1/2 cups pillsbury's best unbleached flour.
1 cup sugar.
2 tsp baking powder.
1/2 tsp salt.
8 oz. carton (1 cup) yogurt or sour cream.
1/2 cup cooking oil.
2 eggs

Directions:
With solid shortening, grease a 8 or 9 inch square pan. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup. Level off. Mix all ingredients about 70 or 80 strokes until well blended. Pour into greased pan. Set batter aside.
Streusel Mixture;
1 cup coconut and/or nuts.
1/3 cup sugar.
1 tsp cinnamon.
Combine in small bowl. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
Tip; 3/4 cup well drained crushed or chunk pineapple, dried fruit, or mandarin oranges may be spooned over the batter before sprinkling with streusel mis. Bake additional 10 to 15 Minutes.
