4 - 16oz. cans Great Northern Beans
5 Cups cooked chicken (4 breasts)
1 onion chopped
1 Tbs. olive oil
4 cloves minced garlic
1 - 4 oz. can mild chilis
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 cups chicken broth
3 cups grated jack cheese
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in boiling water for 15 minutes.
Drain, and cut into cubes. In a pot, saute
chopped onion in olive oil until translucent.
Stir in garlic, chiles, cumin, oregano and
cayenne pepper. Cook for two minutes. Add
undrained beans and broth. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, add chicken and cheese. Stir
until melts. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with sour cream.
