One #303 can yellow cream corn.
2 beaten eggs.
1/2 cup cracker crumbs.
1/4 cup melted oleo.
1/4 cup evaporated milk.
1/4 cup shredded carrots.
1/4 cup chopped peppers or pimientos.
1 tbsp chopped onions.
6 drops of tabasco sauce.
1/2 teaspoon sugar.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 10 ingredients and add salt and sugar. Put in 8 x 8 x 2 inch dish. Put cheese on top and decorate with dark olive slices. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until set.
