4 slices bread, white or whole wheat.
1 lb sausage, browned and drained.
6 eggs.
1 tsp mustard.
1 tsp salt.
2 cups milk.
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Tear bread into small pieces and place into botton of 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle sauted sausage on top of bread. Beat eggs lightly with fork and add mustard, salt and milk. Pour over sausage and bread. Be sure every piece of bread and sausage is covered. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top of mix. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or you may cover and refrigirate to next morning then cook it.
