1 pound blue crab meat, lump grade, fresh or pasteurized
1 cup celery, chopped
2 T sweet pickle, chopped
2 T onion, chopped
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
dash pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup mayo or salad dressing
Lettuce leaves

Directions:
Directions:
remove any remaining shell or cartilage from crab meat. Combine all ingredients except lettuce. Chill 1 hour in refrigerator. Serve on lettuce leaves.
