2 c. sugar
1/2 c. + milk
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter


2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. quick oatmeal OR cornflakes, etc.
Directions:
Directions:
Bring 1st 4 ingredients slowly to rolling boil and boil for 1 minute. Cool somewhat.

Combine 3 remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet or waxed paper to harden.
