¾ c. shortening
½ c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 ½ c. flour
Filling (jam, frosting, etc.)
Powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening and sugar. Add egg yolk, then mix in flour. Chill dough for several hours. Form into balls. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Make depression in center of ball, and fill with you selected filling. Bake at 350º for about 10 minutes or until light brown. When cooled, roll in powdered sugar
