1lb.Ground Beef(sometimes i add a small amount of ground italian sausage)
Spices(salt,pepper,garlic,oregano)
Bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese(grated)
1 lg.egg

Directions:
Directions:
Take ground meats and put in large mixing bowl.Add spices,egg , bread crumbs,and cheese(I like to use alot of cheese) be sure the mix is not too dry.If you mix and its too dry just add another egg.I roll mixture into balls sometimes i'll make smaller ones for the "grandchildren"(they're so darn cute).
Take large frying pan,add a little olive oil(sometimes i cut fresh garlic and add to oil,for more flavor)add meatballs and cook away.
I like to fully cook them before adding them to spaghetti sauce.If they are getting too browned,add a little water ans cover and turn down the heat
