1 can spinach not drained
swiss cheese
1 bag of egg noodles
1can of cream of mushroom soup (2 if you like it creamy)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil noodles, add spinach (do not drain), add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, stir until the mixture is blended together, cut swiss cheese into pieces (doesn't matter size), layer the spinach/noodle mixture in casserole dish, layer cheese on top, do the same again. Bake at 350 for about 20 mins. checking frequently until the cheese is melted.

During the depression my grandmother Rener made this for her family because it was cheap. It has been a tradition in my family. Now, that Grandma and Grandpa are gone, I still make it for my family as well as my Dad.
