1 cup warm water
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup sugar
1 well-beaten egg
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons oil
2 packages yeast
7 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add yeast to water and milk and dissolve. Add sugar, egg and salt. Add 4 cups flour. Mix. Add oil. Stir. Add remaining flour. Knead until flour is mixed. Put in greased bowl and let rise until double in size. (1-1/2 to 2 hours). Punch down and let rise again (1 hour). Form into rolls and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
