1 C. Butter or Margarine, softened
1 C. Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Baking Powder
3 C. Flour
Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl cream butter and sugar with mixer.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Add baking powder and flour, 1 C. at a time.
The dough will be stiff, blend last of flour by hand.
Do not chill dough.
Divide in 2 balls, roll each in 12" circle and ⅛" thick.
Dough should be only slightly thinner than cutter.
Dip cutter in flour before each use.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 6-7 minutes until lightly browned.
