Cookies:

2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup cocoa
2 eggs
2 sticks butter
1 cup sour milk
1 cup hot water
4 cups flour
1 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoons soda

Filling:

2 egg whites
2 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups Crisco (Do Not Substitute!)

Cookies

Cream together first 4 ingredients. Add next 6 ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 about 10 minutes. Remove and cool.

Filling:

Beat all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Place generous amount between two cookies.
