1 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Make a well in the center. Combine egg, milk and oil. All all a t once to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Batter should be lumpy. Fold in nuts. Fill muffin cups. Bake at 400 for 18 to 20 minutes.
