2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon soda 1/2 cup butter 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 eggs 3 to 4 mashed ripe bananas 3/4 cup sour milk 1 teaspoon vanilla
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Add bananas and beat well. Add flour and dry ingredients alternately with milk. Add vanilla. Put in muffin cups and bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Makes 24 cupcakes.
