1 lb ground beef
2 C cooked rice
1 pkg Lipton onion soup
1 medium can tomato sauce
salt and pepper
1 egg
2 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Blanc peppers in water just until soft. Mix all ingredients except cheese and stuff peppers. Put in a muffin pan to hold upright. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until browned. Add cheese to top and let melt the last few minutes.

Put these together and freeze them on a tray so they don't stick
together. After they are frozen transfer to zip lock bags and pull
them out as needed, thaw and bake.
