1 large head cabbage
2 teaspoons melted butter
1 cup grated American cheese
1/2 cup sharp cheese
1 cup crushed potato chips
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cabbage into 10 or 12 wedges. Place carefully in large pan.. Cover with water. Parboil until almost tender. Left wedges out of water carefully; arrange in oblong casserole, reserving cabbage juice. Blend butter, flour, and salt; add 1 cup reserved juice gradually, stirring constantly. Cook and stir until thick and creamy. Add cheeses. Pour over cabbage wedges. Sprinkle with chips. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
