6 to 8 pieces of boneless fish fillets, 2 lbs. shrimp )pealed and devained), 3 to 4 Roma tomatoes (seeded and diced), 1 cup green onions with tops, 1/2 cup celery (chopped fine), 1 bell pepper chopped, 2 cloves garlic chopped, 3 lemons, 1/4 cup dry white wine, 2 dashes worcestershire sauce, creole seasoning, pepper, 3/4 to l stick of butter, 1 T. olive oil, and fresh parsely.

Wash and pat dry fish and plece or cookie sheet and set aside. In a saute pan add olive oil, bell peppers, celery, green onions, roma tomatoes, saute to wilt and add garlic. Saute and add wine , worchestershire sauce, juice of 1 lemon and creole seasoning. Remove from saute pan. Saute shrimp in same pan just until pink then add back the tomato mixture and toss in 1/2 stick butter and fresh parsley. Remove from heat. ( Taste to see if you want more lemon or seasoning).

Salt and pepper fish, and put a pat of butter on each fish and squeeze lemon juice over the fish.
Broil until fish are done. Remove fish from oven and pour shrimp mixture over the fish.
