1 1/2 pounds Russet potatoes
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup shredded American cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
Salt and pepper
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and peel potatoes. Slice thinly and spread in baking dish. Combine American cheese, butter and chicken broth. Cook until cheese is melted. Pour over potatoes and sprinkle Swiss cheese over top. (You can add a little dried parsley to the liquid ingredients while it's cooking and onions, diced, may also be added.) Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes.
