2 deep dish pie shells
6 eggs
1 large tomato, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Muenster cheese
6 strips bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
Dash of oregano, parsley and garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup milk
1/2 pint sour cream
3 tablespoons Cheez Whiz
2 cups diced ham
4 ounces diced mushrooms, drained
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 and bake shells for 5 minutes. Beat well the eggs, milk, sour cream, Cheez Whiz and spices. Add tomato, pepper, onion, mushrooms, ham and cheeses. Divide filling between the two pie shells. Sprinkle bacon and Parmesan cheese on top before baking. Bake at 350 for 60 to 70 minutes.
