6 Chicken breast (boneless)
1 Medium jar of Picante Sauce or Salsa
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
dash worcestershire sauce
1 small package grated mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and pat dry boneless chicken breast. Place is 9 x 12 inch casserole dish. Mix salsa, parmesan cheese, romano cheese, italian seasoning, salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce in bowl. Place over each chicken breast. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. or until done. Be sure not to over cook chicken or it will be dry. Remove from over and top with mozzarella cheese. Return to oven for 5 min. to melt cheese.

Place chicken breast over yellow rice.
Cook rice according to package directions.
