2 pounds ground beef
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup cooked rice
1 small onion, chopped
1 8-ounce cans tomato sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
Cabbage leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, salt, pepper, rice, onion and one can of tomato sauce. Cover cabbage leaves with boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain; place a portion of meat mixture in center of each leaf; roll up - roll ends over and place seam side down. Mix remaining tomato sauce with brown sugar and lemon juice. Pour over rolls and simmer 1 1/2 hours, covered.
