c. butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
c. confectioners (powdered) sugar
2 (3.5 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding mix (I use chocolate)
3 c. milk
12 oz. container Cool Whip
32 oz. chocolate sandwich cookies (I use Oreos)
gummy worms (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cookies very fine in food processor (set aside). Mix butter, cream cheese and sugar in bowl (set aside). In a large bowl mix milk, pudding, and Cool Whip together. Combine pudding mixture and cream cheese mixture. Layer in flowerpot, starting with cookies, then cream mixture. Repeat layers. Chill until ready to serve.
