1 c. sugar
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
2 T. lemon juice
1 stick margarine
1 (12 oz.) can PET milk (very cold)
1 box graham cracker crumbs

1. Combine Jell-O, water, & lemon juice. Set aside to cool.
2. Combine sugar, vanilla & cream cheese until smooth.
3. Combine the 2 mixtures together.
4. Whip 1 can of PET milk (very cold) until very stiff.
5. Combine whipped milk with the above mixture.
6. Use 1 stick of melted margarine with box of graham cracker crumbs to form the crust in 9 x 13 pan.
7. Add milk mixture on top of crust.
8. Cover the mixture with the remaining crumbs.
9. Chill.
