10 to 12 – taco shells, crushed
1½ lbs. – hamburger
1 pkg. – taco seasoning mix
½ c. – water
2 T. – onion flakes
1 (8 oz.) can – tomato sauce
2 c. – taco cheese, shredded (8 oz.)

Directions:
Directions:
Place ½ of the crushed shells in lightly greased baking dish. Brown hamburger—drain. Add taco seasoning mix and water. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in onion and tomato sauce. Spoon meat mixture over taco shells. Sprinkle with ½ cup of cheese. Layer remaining taco shells over cheese. Sprinkle on rest of cheese. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Garnish with your favorite toppings such as: shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sour cream, and taco sauce.
