6 Slices of Bread
1 lb. Bacon (crumbled), can use Ham or sausage
12 oz. Cheddar Cheese (grated)
12 eggs
3 cups milk
1/4 tsp. Dry Mustard
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper

Directions:

9x9x2 Dish 325
Dip bread in butter and cover bottom of dish. Scatter bacon and cheese over bread. Mix eggs, milk and seasonings and pour over bread.
Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours.
Bake uncovered 1 hour or until set.
