1 8 or 9 inch Graham Cracker Crust (homemade is best!)
3 egg yolks
1 14 oz can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1/2 c Real lemon juice from concentrate
Whipped Topping or Whipped Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In medium bowl, beat egg yolks. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, then lemon juice. Pour into prepared crust, bake 8 minutes, cool, chill, spread Whipped Topping or Cream on. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate Leftovers.
