1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion
1 med. green pepper
1 clove garlic
1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
8 oz. elbow macaroni
2 T. sugar
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream

Brown meat; drain. Stir in vegetables, macaroni and seasonings. Boil. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Warm.
