2 boxes of frozen, chopped broccoli (cooked and drained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup mayonaise
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 bar (10oz) extra sharp cheese, cut in small pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except broccoli. Add in broccoli and mix again. Top with crushed canned onion rings. Bake uncovered at 350F for 45 minutes.
