Ingredients:  
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tomato, chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 salmon fillets, 1 inch thick

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic in oil. Add wine and cook until reduced by half. Stir in tomato, chives and lemon juice. Set aside. Preheat grill or broiler. Cook salmon fillets 5 inches from medium high heat for 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Turn once. Serve warm salsa over salmon. Serves 4.
