4 whole chicken breasts (boil and save 1 cup broth)
8 oz. sour cream
1 small pkg. pepperidge farm (6oz) herb stuffing
1 stick margarine (melted)
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken about 40 minutes, save 1 cup broth. cool chicken, remove skin, bones and cube chicken. Layer bottom of 13 x 9 pan with chicken. Mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup. Spread over chicken. Place stuffing mix on top. Pour melted margarine and broth over mixture. Bake at 350F uncovered for 30-35 minutes.
