6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 cup bran flakes, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Combine flour and seasonings in a bowl. Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture and coat evenly. Mix eggs in a bowl then dip chicken into eggs, then roll in bran flakes. Place coated chicken pieces on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake 20 to 30 minutes until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Do not turn chicken over during baking.
