3 lb. chicken or chicken breasts
3/4 lb. thin noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1 diced green pepper
1 chopped large onion
1/2 c. diced mushrooms
1/2 c. silvered almonds
1 can water chestnuts, diced
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken and salt in enough water to cover until tender. Remove chicken from broth and set aside. Cook noodles in broth, adding water, if needed. Bone chicken and cut in small pieces. Saute onions and bell pepper in butter until tender. Grate cheese. Combine all ingredients including vegetables and broth. Mix well, salt to taste. Place in 9x 13" pan. Bake at 350o for 30 to 4 minutes.
