Chicken
small amount of oil to saute chicken
1 cup salsa
1 cut up onion
1 cup chicken broth
1 can mexi corn with peppers
1 1/2 cups uncooked rice.
chedder cheese to melt on top

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken and onion until well cooked

Add Salsa, chicken broth, mexi corn, rice
until all cooked and tender.

Melt cheese on top and serve
