2 C sugar
2 eggs
1 C oil
2 T vanilla sugar
31/4C Ground Almonds (400 g)
1 C potato starch
1 1/4 (10 oz.) chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
cream together sugar, eggs, and oil. add the rest and mix. freeze the batter for 10 min.
make small balls. makes 45 cookies or fills a 9 x 13 tray full of cookies.

Bake at 350 for 12 minutes

ok to double will yield approx 100 cookies
note: maybe try less oil . it came out very oily. they were ok not great. not sure why.
