6 - 8 teaspoons of mayo.
5 - 8 teaspoons sour cream.
4 - 6 gloves of garlic, crushed.
1 lemon - zested.
1/2 tsp salt & pepper.
Veggies - zucchini, onions, peppers, cherry .tomatoes, mushrooms, etc.

Directions:

Cut veggies into fairly large pieces.

Toss veggies in 2 -4 teaspoons of olive oil.

Barbecue oveer low heat.
