1 c. 100% bran cereal
2 c. boiling water
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
c. shortening or butter
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
tsp. salt
2 c. milk or buttermilk
2 c. 40% Bran Flakes cereal

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bran and water, then add eggs, sugar, shortening or butter, flour, baking soda, salt, and milk or buttermilk. Add Bran Flakes, let sit, make muffins, then bake 20 minutes at 375.

Store in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
