1 lb. of your favorite fresh fish
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup Worcestershire
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. cayenne
1 lemon, quartered
2 small tomatoes, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Place fish in a 13x9 casserole dish. Pour butter, Worcestershire, salt and pepper onto and around the fish. Squeeze lemon onto the fish. Lay tomato slices over the top of the fish. Bake for 30 minutes or until the fish is flaky.
