1 stick butter
1 large onion, chopped
2-3 stalks celery, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 lb. crawfish tails
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can cream of celery soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
seasonings

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and saute the vegetables. Add crawfish, soups, Rotel and seasonings. Cook thoroughly and serve over cooked rice.
