Artichokes
Garlic pods or chopped garlic
salt & pepper
Lemon slices
Water
Butter
Garlic powder
lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and trim artichokes, cut bottom of the artichoke for serving purpose. Stuff the artichoke with garlic pods, about 4 or 5 to one artichoke. Bring large pot of water to boil, seasoned with salt, pepper, lemon slices. Boil 30-45 mins, or until leaves pull off easily. Drain upside down in colander, when ready to serve, place on serving platter. Melt a stick of butter with garlic powder and lemon juice, stir and pour into individual serving dish. Pull leaves from Artichoke and dip in butter and garlic mixture
