2 cans green beans, drained 1 cup grated Romano cheese 1 cup bread crumbs 1/2 teaspoon instant minced garlic 1/4 cup olive oil Salt and pepper to taste
Mix together the cheese, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. In a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, put a layer of green beans, then sprinkle generously with cheese mixture. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the cheese mixture. Continue layers, ending with cheese and oil. Bake 45 minutes in a 350º oven.
