1 medium head cabbage, cut into eight wedges
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons chili sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In covered Dutch oven, or large skillet, cook cabbage in small amount of boiling water about 12 minutes or just until tender. Drain very well and place in 9x13x2 inch baking dish.

In a sauce pan, cook green pepper and onion in margarine until tender. Blend in flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper. Add milk;cook and stir until bubbly. Pour over cabbage. Bake uncovered in 375 oven 20 minutes.

Combine mayonnaise, cheese and chili sauce; spoon on top of cabbage. Bake 5 minutes more.
