1 pound small curd cottage cheese
1 pound container Cool Whip
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 boxes lime Jell-O

Directions:
Directions:
Blend Jell-O and Cool Whip. Add pineapple, and then cottage cheese. Mix. Put ingredients in an 8-inch dish or aluminum pan. Put in refrigerator; cool for about 1 hour.

Instead of lime Jell-O and pineapple, you can use strawberry Jell-O with fruit cocktail, or orange Jell-O with Mandarin oranges.
